FREE | Pen to Print: An Introduction to Write On! – What Makes a Magazine?
February 23, 2022 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm EST

About this event
Write On! Magazine, first published in June 2019, is a quarterly magazine published by Pen to Print, encouraging writers from all backgrounds, to contribute and share skills through our creative writing publication.
Madeleine White, Editor of Write On! Magazine, invites you to join this session, an introduction for anyone interested in participating and contributing to Write On! Extra or Write On! Magazine process.
In March 2020, COVID-19 moved us all into completely unknown territory and we launched Write On! Extra: posts for unprecedented times. Our online work has seen over 10,000 engaging as readers and contributors, from the UK, but also 175 other countries.
We are in partnership with self published writers, traditionally published authors and industry experts, bringing the best advice, views and contributions to the creative writing world.
If you are unable to join the session, take a look at Write On! Magazine online and feel free to send your submissions to [email protected]
Booking is essential. Pen to Print and our partners reserve the right to remove participants who are found not to have booked a place for this session.
We encourage all participants to keep their cameras on during the session.

Please note:
The Valley of Writers team scours the web looking for the most inspiring, elevating, and accessible events that we can share as a service to our readers.
The big idea is that in a virtual arena, more people can participate. Geographical boundaries matter less.
The events we list are virtual and can be attended by writers from wherever they are in the world.
Unless otherwise stated, we are not affiliated with and do not benefit financially from the events we post. Listing is not an endorsement of the content, opinions, or products promoted by the event organizers we feature here.
Please verify all dates, times and other event details as these are subject to change and are beyond our control.
What qualifies an event as ‘lit’? Any event that we think would teach writers of fiction, memoir, and poetry useful skills, inspire them to produce great work, remind them of the power of this work we do and build stronger, mutually beneficial ties between writers and other creatives.
