What sort of tool is it?
It is an app that you download and install on your device that lets you visually outline your novel. You can use it on your laptop, tablet or smart phone.
Plottr is available for Windows, Mac, iOS and Android (iPhone, iPad, and all Android tablets, including select Chromebook devices). You can also sync files across devices using cloud storage services like Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud and OneDrive.
